If it's a 1 or 3 day ban, just don't even bother. It takes more than 3 days to get a reply.
If it's a 7 day ban, don't appeal. 99% chance it gets bumped up to 14 day.
If it's 14 day ban, don't appeal. 99% change they'll terminate you.
If it's a termination, don't appeal. They will deny your appeal and possibly upgrade it to a poison or ip ban.
