This was somewhat mentioned in the recent BLOXcast, they said that they'll possibly add something to edit the gravity but only local, which means only at certain areas in your place.
But the way it is described in this post is the ability to edit the gravity of all objects with mass globally and as an extra feature, having the ability to adjust that gravity locally with special objects that would attract parts. |

I don't believe this idea is confirmed because they have another vision of "Editable Gravity". |

I figured out how this could work.
It would be an object known as GravityField. It can be added to the Workspace.
Properties:
Position - Self-explanatory.
Size - How large the affected area is.
Shape - Sphere or Block. This is the shape of the region affected.
Direction - Which way it faces. Has 7 possibilities:
-Top
-Bottom
-Left
-Right
-Front
-Back
-Center (Goes inward, to the center of the field.)
Rotation - Works like a normal brick. Applies to the Direction property.
Strength - Ranges from -1 to 1. -1 is the strongest outward, 1 is the strongest inward, and 0 means normal gravity (Good for if a script were to activate/deactivate the field.)
Possibly also an Anchored property to make things interesting; otherwise it's always anchored.

I support you idea Hydra. Gravity scripts are laggy some places, so a place-wide gravity control would be very useful. |

I'm not sure if they would even make global gravity.
They tried to make global sound (music, etc) but it caused performance issues, which led to the lack of music (except for a few songs here and there) for a few
years, up until recently.
I may be wrong, but what if global gravity changes did the same? I think it's more likely that they will only make it local.
Nevertheless, I will likely support any gravity-related suggestion on here.

I wonder why this hasn't been added yet. I know the character auto correcting would be a problem, but this is roblox. They have a team of paid master scripters. This should get done.
