For far too long have people used misleading titles and thumbnails, and stolen games for their own profits.
I can't even think of anyone who could disagree.
Game Stealing is when a player, usually to make money, uses third party programs to copy copylocked games. A notorious example was Jared Valdez. Though gone now, we never know when him, or people like him will strike back.
Misleading is when a player, usually to attract people to a game, changes the title and thumbnail to make it seem like something really awesome, but it turns out to not be what the title/thumbnail suggest.
