No no, you understood it the wrong way. This is what I meant, get rid of post count, and don't add reputation system. all the kids will go away, all the useless people and useless threads will also go away with the people then, only the users which are interested in helping the community are going to be the only ones that remain we'll get interesting questions, topics, threads, about on-site and off-site, and many things more that, that is a good thing.
