Transferring Items from your Old Account to you New Account

I have been talking with Roblox for a while on email and I asked if we could do this specific thing and they told me to post it on here to see if people agree, and want it to. Here's what I think should be new to Roblox. I think transferring items from your old account to your new account would be a cool thing. Lets say you have an alt account with a bunch of items you want on your new account but you can't get BC, TBC, or OBC on both accounts. You can transfer the items from your old account to your new. But, I think before it's transferred, I think for proof that you own both accounts, you would have to provide proof of ownership on the said accounts. That's just what I think. Roblox can change it and mess with my idea, but this is just what I think. Here's another reason why my idea should be put on roblox. If you want a limited really bad, and you have a limited that for sure you know that person would want for it, and you don't have it on the account that has BC, or the account you want it on? You can transfer the item(s) to the account you want it on. I also think this should be able to Non-Builders Club and Builders Club and up. If roblox wants to, they can be both Limited items, and Non-Limiteds. I like being able to transfer both. If roblox also wants to, they can charge robux to transfer, but I think it should be free. They would anyways if they got the account. It doesn't really affect that, because if they do manage to get your account, they already have you stuff...
