TL;DR is good but it's no substitute for the real thing.
About the Banned Players Agreement do you mean that they basically can give up their Place in exchange for being unbanned? If that's the case then I guess I would support it but this is still very controversial.
I'd have to ask people: Do you think that giving up your Place that has millions of visits is worth it to lift a permaban?

Well yeah if I still get something out of it tix and robux wise I'd agree.
Even without it gaining back your account is a huge reward for just losing one Place. You could build another and apparently the tutorial makes learning how super easy. |

Yeah you still get income it's just that not the Bought Place income

Wow I spent half an hour catching up on reading.
Anyways what if you get banned on bullcrap, you appeal, it goes through, but you find your Place to have been taken by ROBLOX. What do you do then? |

That's true but since ROBLOX basically took the real thing and sold it to a website then it's pretty much over. You'd have to build a new Place doesn't matter if you can create a carbon copy of your old one.

I'd imagine you'd appeal some more.
If it works then you should be able to get full rights to the bc exchange contract and get all the benefits. |

If that happens Jascha:
It's up the the admins to pay attention (Not saying that they don't, but it's there job to). We could make it so that if your ban is lifted by the appeals system they automatically give you rights to the Builders' Club Exchange agreement, but that's up to the admins. |

banned players agreement needs to only b for PERMAban.
If it is for regular ban to then I don't support it.
What if I make a good place that ROBLOX wants then I get banned for 24 hours?
I come back they have taken it on account of the bp agreement?
