/e command update

What I mean by updates, i mean a GUI menu. Like when you press the ~ button a menu comes up with a list of /e commands for 13 and below accounts. Also new commands that can be done ANYWHERE (meaning, game makers dont have to script it. its there for everyone) What do you guys think

Did you know that pressing the ~/` button brings up your inventory? It would have to be a different button, but I support the general idea.

Pressing the `~ button should do both, personally..
