Here's a shout into the void.
One of the war terms for GG vs EL is that the other team can't update without the other's permission.
GG asked to update their terminal so that we may raid them. We asked what updates.
(Does it not make sense to ask what updates will be made before agreeing to them?)
I said that EL will NOT agree to an update if any other things are changed.
We then made an agreement that the terminal would be fixed.
GG's leader then turns around and makes gamepasses and "moves bricks around". Do you think it is breaking the agreement, since he added things that we did not agree to?
GG's leader argument is that I agreed to an update.
Yes, I did, but only for the terminal.
His counter argument is that I can't dictate updates.
However, I only agreed to an update, if the terminal was the only thing fixed.
Is this a break in agreement?
On a side note, he seems to think Saturday comes before Monday.

I fixed term and added game passes.
And, in the war terms it says "You can update your fort with permission"
No, "You can update one part of your fort if they agree too it"
That's not how it works, I took advantage of the terms and i will stick too that ;). |

Gosh, just as the war terms doesn't specify on how to update your fort, it doesn't say you're allowed to.
Since there is no specification, it can go either way. We can say that since this simple rule is up for interpretation, our interpretation is just as valid.
Our interpretation is that you can not change any part of the fort without our permission.
Usually, in this situation you'd have someone else interpret for you. Why? You need a third party to solve such things. Which is why, this has been brought to C&G. It would give opinions outside of EL and GG. |
