I never knew why Roblox removed the "Free" section in the catalog. Yes, you may be thinking about models or decals but I'm talking about t-shirts, hats, and also clothes.
From my experience on Roblox, getting things for free is awesome. That included those free shirts & pants most every player has. (except newer players) Honestly, if some clothing makers want to just share their creativity, and not worry about profits they should have the option of free clothing. Yes, you can make decals and models free (not sure about t-shirts anymore?) Or how about those players that don't have 100+ tix to get clothing for their character? The free section was a great thing, even when the average price of clothing were 5:2 tickets/robux
I think it should be brought back. Any opinions on this?

yeah. I already despise the price floor, and think whoever had come up with idea should have been taken out and shot... seriously, the creators of the clothing should decide the price of their clothing, not Roblox! |

Explaining the price floor is tedious, but let me explain it:
The reason price floor was most likely put in is to stop exploits of the no minimum shirt/pants/t-shirt price system.
People got rich by:
1. Making something for 10 tickets
2. Spam alts
3. Buy clothing with original 10 tickets given
Also, be grateful it's only 100. It used to be 300 tickets.

Well honestly, it would be cool to have it back because of players who can't afford the price floor or those clothing makers who don't care about money and would just have it for free.

If you can't afford it, try to make a good place instead of sitting around waiting for tix.
