Introduction:
Welcome to the Council's rules and guidelines handbook, throughout this handbook the following information will teach you step by step instructions on becoming a Council member as well as who can host trainings/tryouts.
To become accepted into the Council you must be a Sergeant Major or above in TRC. When you are accepted into Council you will be placed under the rank of (CC) Backround Check.
You will be required to go to at least 1 training per week otherwise you will be fired. You will be expected to study about what the Council's job is to do.
Brief Outline:
You will receive vocabulary words and you MUST take notes. After shown the vocabulary words you will then be tested on how to use them in a real situation. At the end of the test, we will then preform a practice court case which will be based on a random subject.
Rules:
1. Council Advisers and above are the ONLY ranks which can host tryouts/trainings. Tryout's are to get to Tier 1 and the training's will be to improve from there. e.g. Tier 2, Tier 3.
2. Council Members and above can host Courts, ONLY courts that include TRC members. Anyone under the rank of Council Member that hosts a Court will be fired.
3. Each member of the Council will be responsible to use proper grammar and punctuation ALL THE TIME!
4. Council members are not to be biased in any from or way. e.g. Jury/Judge favoritism.
5. When accustomed to a court case, you MUST fulfill the case within the 5 day time frame.
6. You MUST use vocabulary which we have provided constantly when hosting trainings/tryouts.
7. You can ONLY host a court case if it's TRC v TRC.
8. Every 2 weeks, you are expected to attend a meeting. If you are absent for the meeting, you MUST let a Council advisor or above before hand!
9. If you go away from the keyboard during a tryout, you will be kicked. We don't have time to wait on you.
10. ALL TRC rules apply to the Council, asking for tryouts/training will get you fired and suspended in TRC.
11. If you are absent without notice/permission you will receive a strike and if you accumulate 3 strikes on your name, you will be fired from Council and be added to the no-entry list for 1 month.
12. If you are suspended in TRC, and you are a Council Member, you are not allowed to host Courts until your suspension is over. And if suspended when doing a court case, you will be instantly fired.
13. You are to be respectful to all Council members at all times. If you are found disrespecting to anyone, you will be punished.
14. You MUST be mature and self aware of your actions at all times otherwise you will face punishment.
15. Any council members can still be taken to court no matter what their rank is.
16. To become a Baliff, you MUST be recommended by a Council Advisor or above.
17. Asking for ranks will result in punishment. e.g. Possible exile.
18. If you fail a tryout, and go spamming with complaints on the TRC wall, you will be placed on the Council no-entry list with possible suspension in TRC too.
19. Uniform must be worn to a correct standard at every Council related activity.
20. ALL RULES ABOVE CAN CHANGE AT ANYTIME!

By sending a request to the group, you have read and accepted all of the above rules. If you break any of the rules applied, it will result in further punishment. e.g. exile, suspension in TRC. |
