ROBLOX Error Code = 0x1 [HELP]

Let me describe, First time. It happended, I couldn't play games, until I found a youtube video and fixed it. That was long ago... Now today, it's the same. After getting a new hardrive and new windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit. And let me explain this error, When you join a game, it would print a error message with a code of 0x1. You can't control your character or anything. I heard someone say it's a 2 month ban. But I didn't do anything.

Sometimes I get the error of I think ID=6 or 12 it may be diffrent numbers

change your mac address. error 0x1 is a mac address ban roblox implemented(most presume its for creating or playing 18+ content[sometimes mistaken for some games that don't have 18+ content]) this ban is permanent until you change your mac address
