I know there's been a lot, but most of my superhero RPs tend to fail because of the lack of character interaction.
So I propose an RP that's something like X-Men, where our characters would already be familiar with each other in some sort of facility designed to train mutants (or whatever they'd be called) and provide them with housing.
But I'd like this to take place in the near future in a city governed by martial law and all mutants are presumed dangerous and are arrested.
you could also be a rogue, or a villain, or whatever

Well, could you help me think of a more solid plot? My free-roams tend to fail.
Perhaps the city is quarantined or something, and is planned to be leveled or something. The mutants would then need to cooperate with one another to escape the city.

Well, Captin, the two factions would be rivals, so this would add conflict. Plus the military would actively patrol the walls to keep mutants at bay.
I've found that RPs with an NPC villain (especially if there's only one) don't work out too well. |
