It is 2100. A global war has made Earth nearly unhabitable. A solar flare from another solar system has destroyed colonies placed on Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and Eris. The moon colonies were destroyed in a civil war.
Mars lost 100 miles of it's diameter from many nukings, and it's polar ice caps have been melted.
The only people left are survivors on Earth, and possibly the moon.
HOW TO PLAY:
No ubering, until I declare it at the end of the game, or another point.
No posting a gazillion pages while I'm offline. [It makes it IMPOSSIBLE to catch up with you guys and moderate any ubering.]
If you had a nation in the original CaC, you can continue without having to use the sheet again.
