Most suggestions we see on here have no impact on ROBLOX, or are already in effect.
A majority of user ideas can easily be scripted locally for their own benefits. While some global issues such as "PMs" and such require ROBLOX administrators to deal with, they will not make any radical changes.
Before you post on S&I, think of who your suggestion appeals to, is it realistic, is it helpful, and is it worth spending to make.
If you really think your idea is worthwhile and that it can be done, you can try contacting other users and brainstorming ways to make your idea publicized. Some mods will check if you PM them, but don't go spamming every online administrator.
If you want an in-game feature, you can get a team of scripters together and make a place that can showcase the idea.
Other ideas will require more work, but if you get a following for your idea, there is a higher chance that the moderators will look at it.
