Ok, so when people get PERMABANNED, they're friends don't know untill It's too late... Well what if when someone gets PERMABANNED, they either... 1. get to send some messages to some friends telling they're getting banned. 2. there's an automatic message sent to all friends/bf's saying they're banned.

If people don't want to say goodbye to their friends forever, they shouldn't be doing stuff to GET permabanned in the first place.

I don't know if this would work either, but sometimes my friends get banned for about a week, so i think they got perma'd. Maybe if they get banned for a certain amount of time, it sends a message saying how long. ~~~kusername1~~~

Right, kusername. Or maybe instead of it saying "The item you requested does not exist", it could be more specific. Like "Username has been banned for 7 days" etc.
