... That's right, more colors exist than the ones we have access to in studio in the game itself. Why not enable us to use these actually? Because when you use them in a place then go to actual play mode, they just turn into the closest of the ones we currently have access to through the studio toolbar.

I'm proposing we put them all up in the studio paint tool in the toolbar, rather than having to access them through scripts or the odd model or two. Along with letting them actually work in the client. |

They talked about it in the last bloxcon if I remember.
But not for 144 colour, they talked about adding 20 or more. |

i'm supporting this and i almost never support
you can't actually script the colors
even if you do a color3.new, the color won't actually show up if you do the correct code, the last time i tried

there is a lot of colors (not the 144).
Before they add colors this is a good plugin. |

In Sandbox, you can find all 144 colors by searching them... |

I support to an extent.
How to you suppose ROBLOX goes about in implementing this?
They can't just replace BrickColor with Color3, or else they'll break thousands of scripts (although I would not be suprised if they did that).
Although this is a great idea, a new property would have to be implemented for part instances: Color3.
I, personally, believe that would look very messy.

... That's the thing. These colors already exist within the game. The model i linked to is proof of that. I'm not sure we'd actually need to do that much. |
