D&T would like to encourage the MRs (Staff Sergeant, Lieutenant, and Majors) of MB to help the lower ranks do the following things at the capital.
-Make sure no cars are left at the raider base.
-Make sure no one enters the raider base.
D&T would also like MRs to do the following while a group is raiding the capital.
-Keep an eye on evening both the front and backside of the raider base.
-Give people positions when they arrive at the raider base.
-Fill in positions when people die or leave.
