You're still begging for more stuff, I suggest you to read it, and NO I will not add a TL:DR at the end, if you're too lazy reading all the text, get out.
Roblox, when you boil it all down, is a BUISNESS. They can do whatever they want, they can make this game pay to play and suck all your money dry if you are willing to pay.
Roblox is NOT a SERVICE, which is intended to please customers.
The idea of a buisness is to make money (revenue), pay off your deductions for staff, servers, equipment, etc., and hope you earn something called profit which depends on how much revenue you make.
Don't act like every single buisness is 100% profit, it never is, unless you are breaking every single trade law in the world. If anything, most businesses are lucky to make off with 10% profit from revenue.
You do not earn much from advertisements on websites. You do not even earn money just from the advertisement being there! You ONLY earn money when people CLICK on the advertisement, of course it may not be the case with ROBLOX because of the contracts we do not know about and we are not entitled to know about them, but the money is not nearly enough to support a company like roblox. Therefore they must give some form of package, in roblox's case, a subscription premium. They get more because they help fund the company and give them enough revenue to make it through.
The question is, how do they make the builders club a Premium membership? They have two options.
1. Create new features and only give them to the premium subscribers
2. Restrict features from free users.
Roblox clearly used a mix, but closer to option #2.
The thing about option number two is, if they suddenly let the free user get features that the premium user has, they must devalue the premium user features because you don't get the same amount.
Of course, they do have the option to keep it the same, but if they put too much, premium users then complain that they don't earn anything for helping the company.
Other sources of money come from sponsors, which are the 1 tix gears and hats with branded names, and they then make money based on how many people buy it. You can make a little bit extra on that.
Along with the argument that the staff getting paid are only using it to buy fancy cars and huge houses and what not, they are still using money for further development, even if the recent updates were not as good as we hoped, it is a sign that they are still using the money.
Updates require hardware for the staff to work on, software for the staff to create and manipulate and write everything about the game engine and the website, and you then must pay the staff on man hours for their work.
No, they don't get paid minimum wages unless every single person on the development team is an objector, the development team has the IGDA and other unions behind them for working conditions and fair pay.
Now it goes back to the free users. After seeing how much they have to pay, exact numbers regardless, who are YOU to think that you deserve more just because you use the service and are part of the community? You only serve as money from advertisements if you actually click on the ads, and as marketing for your friends to start playing on it.(Along with that, that is why you earn money from referrals when your friends buy bc with your code).
You are not entitled to anything because you truly do not do anything but suck up resources..

I think some things are a little out of hand, but really, what can we do? Roblox can do whatever they want, it's their company, not yours. If you don't like it, leave.
Also, Roblox is not a fashion show. You don't need to wait forever to get a shirt.
