Recently ROBLOX updated their physics, so let's update it more.
In short, air friction and wind.
Such as: A certain material falls slower then another. Then you can create better parachutes.
Or for wind: You would have global wind or point wind(global would be across the entire map. Point would be at a certain spot.) Wind could blow light objects. It would also have a factor called strength. Higher strength moves heavier stuff. Wind could also be slightly visible. With something like this we could have hovercars, cool fans, ect. You would also be able to rotate the wind on a 360 degree axis.
Support and bump.
Feel free to add on to what I said. |

I would support but seeing roblox`s pass history on updated it is just going to end up lagging games and making it harder to do stuff. For example the new roblox animations have slowed down the speed of the player, has made part slippery, make,somethings like obbys a lot harder then they normal are. |

How about go to the old physics and animations first THEN add this. It would be so awesome I would almost cry ^__^ because the new physics/animations suck. |

Why don't they have geniuses like you working at ROBLOX? |

@Zoink Because the Admins are over 21 and are probably drunk when deciding what to update and then the shove out the worst cr@p possible. |

Lol yeah, proof of this is the twitch incident. |

oh no, if thi sis added mak it optional, sww what happened when we were sliding on blocks?

Why would we slide on blocks? Unless ROBLOX ruins it that wouldn't happen. Talking about wind and air. |

i don't know
isn't this just a way to introduce water physics to air?
while true do
script.Parent.BodyForce.force = Vector3.new(script.Parent.Velocity.Z*-400, script.Parent.Velocity.Y*-400, script.Parent.Velocity.Z*-400)
wait(0)
end
This is how you make a material have drag. |

Well tery that covers the air friction only, and also I wanted it in the physics system not in an individual game. |

@adeel What even IS twitch..
Support. But make it so wind can't blow anchored objects.
"If FE = Iron, does FE + MALE = Iron man?" |

@Bestbuddyma
Simple logic says wind wont blow anchored objects. |

I'd have to say,
Your idea is great, don't get me wrong. Physics of this scale are
mostly only featured in current gen physics engines e.g. Frostbite 3. But however,
some people can barely run ROBLOX as it is. Like me. ROBLOX's IPN
can be very CPU intensive, which is why some old laptops/desktops cannot run it.
This addition would practically render ROBLOX incompatible with some old PCs. The edition of wind would make every dynamic unanchored block have to be constantly in motion, which would be a horror to a 2 GHz processor. Having this as a feature implemented that is able to be toggled would be a greater option. This way children with their parent's old monstrous computer could steer clear of servers with wind enabled. |

Wind can be script but I still support. |
