I once played a game with an admin and his chat was golden, and when I played clonetrooper1019's game his chat was golden, I am willing to pay someone if they can make a script where my chat is golden, if you can change the place where the admin badge is, I will pay you extra, if you are willing to do this please reply to this post or PM me, Sending me a message would be faster, I really hope you can do this, Sincerely, Cooltintin123

Just for brags I made a chat GUI system in 30 minutes and a cross server chat that's glitchy an extra 30 minutes. You can see the local one at my place =D. And no, you aren't getting either one from me.

Atleast mine has commands that are easily able to be placed in, 3 rankings, admin list, censorship, spam block and kick, able to be used with FilteringEnabled on, tags, different coloration, server talking, and shows text after death/joining and it's a TextBox so any one can use it (I'm making it so Guests can't. Just been too lazy to add 3 lines of code.)
