This new 'thing' Roblox has created is ridiculous! I mean, you can't even have a decent conversation without these silly hash-tags. I understand they are trying to cover up explicit language, but Roblox is over doing this, since when is school a word which has to be covered up. That was an example. Please share your view on this content and maybe Roblox will take action. - Posted By The Doctor -

Support (on some levels), there are some words that are in has tags where i'm just like, "w...t...h". It can get pretty annoying.

So your saying you want the words to be uncensored? How about they just put an empty space where the censored word is. I don't get if your annoyed by seeing them or just the symbol. But if you want it to be uncensored, I don't think that's happening. But I do agree that ROBLOX is taking it too far.

I do not mean, fully remove the new system, i mean they should step back a little and the player a bit more freedom for them to talk to their friends or their accomplices. Like in the olden times, if you say any explicit word, you used to get banned or warned. This is a great idea, but i do not think they have to be over cautious. It is getting to a point where a conversation is literally hash-tags.

then again, there are some words that SHOULD be censored. I don't like getting warnings or bans. I wouldn't get rid of it fully, because not a lot of users swear anymore because of the system. So, i wouldn't get rid of it fully. Therefor, half support!

Exactly, only for those words which are to be censored. Like swear words. But Roblox really have to give the user more space. The other day I was planning with a friend of mine, to make a new place. I gave him the co-ordinates and all of the values was displayed as hash-tags. Stuff like that is ridiculous. Obviously as it is a children environment, they have to censor these words. But they are over doing it. Its like a new boy got a car and each time he gets on it, the parents will get in with him even if he is not to drive. It can get extremely annoying. And As a user from a very old time, this is an update just like the new studio which is a bit silly. The hash tags are very nice to cover up words.. but they should not do it for random words.

It's a whitelist. They make it to make it harder for people's words to get around the filter. Just e-mail them a list of words that should be whitelisted.

I will email them to give us more freedom and 'white list' words which can be used in our daily lives. Formal words, this is kinda hard to explain at the moment.

...No support. Before we had hastags to block out cuss words and inappropriate things, we would just have to report people who were spamming the F word around 7-year-olds (and we all know how much that worked). It's a great feature, and the reason you're complaining is because it blocks more words for people under thirteen.

That is what i have said above. I said not to completely remove the hash-tag rule but in fact to limit the use. It does not have to be so strict. Give the users more freedom and more space to build and work on.

OH MY GOSH whenever i try to talk to my friend in a party it shows up like he# ### a## ### doi## ##### wonderful wethe# wer# h###### here are som# ran### nu###### 1382###############6249########9272936########## (and yes sometimes it only shows half of the word) i know they are trying to help but they need to make a more accurate chat system where not everything shows up in hashtags... now if you excuse me i have to complain about guests ruining everything in roblox :3.

Instead of hashtags, put something like, — in place of the word. Putting hashtags for every letter tells you the word through context. Damn, I forgot to add my siggy.
