it's a total mess the classic was and is better also this took over 30 mins to post I will be demanding a full refund from this site due to I'm no longer able to do anything, you'll be hearing from my lawyer soon if you don't fix I'm not losing like 3 grand worth of stuff down the drain because you want to become the new crappy Facebook, everything was fine until you updated, bye. |

When you sign up to the ROBLOX website you accept the 'Terms of Service'. The first item, on the ToS, is in regards to billing and I quote,
"All sales of Roblox products and services are final, including virtual items and currency."
So continue to threaten ROBLOX with legal action, but at the end of the day you agreed to their ToS, which means that you understand that all sales are final (unless of course it was an unauthorised use of your card and within 45 days). |

I never accepted not being able to use what I paid for that was working fine till today . . . and that was like 2+ years ago I've never had a problem like this to were I can't use something . . . |

I know I'm not a staff member Da, but I'm pointing out the relevant sections of the ToS. You will not get a refund, no matter how much you ask for one unless there is a reason, which doesn't include "ROBLOX isn't working for me, for one day" and "I don't like this update". |

ROBLOX actually STOPPED the option to change the themes in the late 2010 or early 2011, it was good while it lasted.
Don't say I didn't experience it because I'm on my alternate account. |

when i had my alt back in 2009, alot of stuff was better...
less laggy
less glitchy gears
no ODers
no annoying 13'er hipsters
and now the gears are glitchy as hell,
"bear mine gun" (500R$)
creates so much lag it can crash the server. |
