Account settings block it off for more than certain people. If someone is annoying you now, the settings block off everyone else from annoying you.
If it's just one person, why block off everyone else? |

I think this needs a bit more clarification, as there can be cons to this. The cons being that someone might use this to bully another player, like making everyone block that player. But, as this con may be a bit of a worse-case scenario, I support. There are people who are incredibly annoying and harassing me and my friends.

I can see it now. Where you have the join game button on someone's profile or where it says start chatting or party below can have "Block User", not allowing him to follow you message you "Start Chatting" with you or even Party you if it's your party. |

One person would not simply ask people "Block this person okay?"
They wouldn't do it without a reason. Most-likely the best they would do is make a random alt and block them, but what good would that to? It's a worthless alt.

Shedletsky already stated months ago that the "block user" feature will be added eventually. So you're basically asking for something that is on it's way. So instead of just asking for it, this petition should be to put a rush on it and make it available a lot sooner than the rate they are going with getting to it.
