We didn't start the War on Terror/War in Iraq, it's barely a war in itself. It's just operations to take out terrorist leaders in the middle east. The only thing bad about the U.S. right now is the government. Barack Obama is destroying what The Founding Fathers set up. Communism isn't the best form of government, ESPECIALLY for a country the size of the U.S., Republics and most forms of Democracies work. Communisms don't work, because with every citizen being told what to do, they can protest, and get VERY angry. Plus, you wouldn't want someone running your life, right? George H. W. Bush was a very good president. He kept the congress from passing laws that benifited everyone in the government, and not your average American citezen. Those laws and bills were very Socialist. Right now, we need to focus on setting the world-wide economy on it's feet, and remember that the world-wide enviornment is fine, and that volcanoes spew out more smog than we do. |

any threat iraq posed to saudi arabia was before the gulf war, almost 20 years ago. the reason we invaded iraq because supposedly george bush got info from the FBI that iraq had*air qoutes* weapons of mass detruction, but turned out they didnt, i hope this will stop blaming george's fault on the iraq war....... |

You probably watch CNN or NBC. Those are run by our communist government, ok. Listen to a station that actually has it's own opinion, such as Fox. When people say they're 2 sided, look at NBC. All they care about is how much George W. Bush screwed up by sending our troops to fight terrorism. They count the bodybags that come home from the war, not how many terrorists we pick off with our snipers. For every soldier that dies in the war for us, he's killed at least 30 terrorists.
Please open your eyes to the real world, and don't pay attention to Al Gore's goons who think that trees just north of Chernobyl can supply evidence to Global Warming. |

That may be true, but that still gives us reason to stay out of the Middle East. We can't control the situation there. Trying to do so is futile.
Oh yes, and to my liberal friend, the war wasn't for oil. Haliburton and other private contractors just took advantage of the Military. |
