If you actually deleted system32, you're hopeless. It's the thing that lets your whole computer work. Lots of people will tell you to delete, because they're trolls or something. Seriously, if anyone tells you to delete something on your computer, DON'T. You won't be able to recover your computer. Sorry, but it's the truth.

You're going to have to reformat, you fell for the oldest trick in the book. 1. Go get your Windows 7 disc (I assume you're using Windows 7) 2. Turn the computer on, put the disc in, turn off the computer then turn it on again. 3. Press any key when it tells you. 4. Go through Windows installation. 5. Put in key, {if you got Windows 7 legally}. 6. You now have a fresh copy of Windows 7.
