I hate to say this(being the owner of 2 metroid games)
halo is better. people side with metroid more because metroid is T so more people can play it. Not only does halo have more weapons, maps, characters, and content, it has a kickbutt multiplayer.
Metroid Prime 3 was actually fashioned after halo. compare the covenent to space pirates and youll see what i mean

It's all a matter of opinion wether Metroid or Halo is better. As for me, I've never played either. Stop the embers of this flame war before they turn into a blaze. |

These thread are pointles... because party 1 will BAWWWWWWWWWW that thier game is better and then party 2 BAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWs that THEIR game is better and then it goes back and fourth and causes flame wars and such...

If you want A GREAT GAME, play S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl.
Its a creepy game, but its fun!
It takes 10 hours of acomplishment (minimum) and it has great grafics! |

In S.T.A.L.K.E.R. there are 7 endings, in 5 of them, you die, but in the other 2, you win. |

I have no idea what the heck you're talking about (I only know about either of those games from my friends), but the Space Pirates were on the original Metroid. And the Metroid Manga in Japan. I don't even know about the similarities anyways, though.
Halo seems like a fun game, but war games just aren't my style of gaming. Metroid is a Puzzle-Platformer/shooter, so I like the style better. But hey, Halo is supposed to have as good a storyline as Metroid, and they know where Earth is (while it exists in Metroid, but they never go there). So, pretty much...
