Message to Academy Leaders / Department Directors

As the education reform has passed congress and has been signed by Zeyad, all academies are being merged into 4 different categories by the Department of Education. All current academy staff will stay on in the new categorical academies, and all current trainees will have their ranks transferred over. The old academies will be officially shutdown on July 18, and the new academies will open July 19th, 2014. This won't help a majority of law enforcement agencies It should be harder to get in to SWAT than USCP/MPD i still love u tho faux

Your ranks are being transferred. So, if you're in the last phase of CIA, you'll get to that same phase in the Intelligence academy.
