As me and Blox have talked and decided on a firm HR policy I give 95% of the credit to Blox.
HR's of SAX Must host 3-5 trainings a week.
HR's must not fool around at trainings as you are role models for the Lower Ranks.
HR's must not abuse their power in any way such as AAing either at the Training Center or on the group admin.
HR's must know how to train lower ranks respecting them so they will respect you back.(EX): Don't say Shutup when people are talking and you want them to stop say PTS is in effect or Please be quiet.
This is a basic yet firm HR policy that we expect you HR's to follow.We know that you will try your best and that nobody is ever perfect, we are human too, however we do expect you to try your best to follow these rules one mistake is fine but when you have lots of mistakes that means their not mistakes their problems and for problems you will be demoted to help work out the problems you have being an HR with some one on one talk with myself or Blox.
