I took all measures needed. Still, Roblox refuses to let me open any games. I looked at the technical support, and attempted most of the various solutions. Trying lag solutions, I entered a completely empty game. But now, it says that it's 100% loaded, yet it doesn't open up anything. Just either sits there or closes randomly. I need advice on how to repair it. I just recently upgraded my internet service to be even faster, so that shouldn't be a problem. |

Does it say 915 instances and just lose connection after 5 minutes? That's what's happening to me... |

I have a similar problem. Roblox let's me go in game but the color in the game is black. I can't see a thing. My internet is very fast too and I'm on a MacBook Pro. Still Roblox refuses to let me see anything. Some people say it is fog Solid Black Fog. They say go to Roblox Studio and click on Explorer Pace to FogStart. I just can't find it. Please help me. |

It doesn't even start downloading bricks. I'm talking about when it starts up a server. Where you know, ads are if people aren't in builder's club and beyond. Also, i'm trying to get in my own place, so it being a "bad place" or "bad builder" and friends only options aren't relevant. Andd whenever I try to enter the Build or Edit Mode, it shows all the tools and such around it, but in the center (where it shows a good view of your place) it's just grey. |

I've tried re-installing multiple times. But I think i'm doing it incorrectly. I just delete all the roblox related downloads on there, then go to the roblox download button, but nothing new happens. Am I doing it in incorrectly???

I click play it does it's weird loading thing it closes and crashes my computer, done everything to fix it. All my other games work like TF2 and DayZ but not ROBLOX. |

I am positive it's your internet. I went to my friends house and roblox ran perfectly. I have no idea how to fix the internet though :/ |

Same thing is happening with me, and I have found no solution. I do not think it is your internet either, so you are safe there. |

Then it's either his computer or his version of roblox. I don't see any logic in it being an internet issue, because I can load a webpage in a matter of half a second to one second, but I can't join a game. |

Hmm... When I moved, Roblox didn't work with my new internet provider. I think thats the problem. It used to work fine before I moved... |

I have found that usually it is the computer or internet service provider .. I have a laptop at home and Roblox runs fine on that but one computer my grandparents have will not run a Roblox game.. It won't connect to it or let me enter a game at all. The other computer they have is the exact same kind and it runs Roblox. I've gone through all the steps Roblox gave in order to allow Roblox games to run but it still won't work. I would suggest trying a different computer. I hope that helps you. |

Same here i try to play a game but it won't open no matter what i thought it was my character so i got a new but still didn't work it says its completely loaded but you won't see the screen.i thought at one point that it was because i didn't update rob lox but its updated.and it gets so hard not be able to play with friends.whats the point of having roblox if you can't play it? |

This happened to my friend she is not very good with computers so i helped her out.
Answers to your problems:
1. Do you have java or adobe? you need one of those to run roblox
2. Is your internet connection good? you need internet (of course.)
3.You might have to re-install roblox
4. the game that you're trying to get on might be messing up.
I hope this was helpful to all you peoples that need help.

Try re-installing it this way:
Uninstall roblox in Programs and Features.
Go to regedit (Windows-key + R)
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Software
Delete any folder with correlation to ROBLOX. |

I keep going on some games, I click play, but once it says the ###### is ##### or something, it just keep saying these crazy things! It doesn't load at all! How do I fix this?! |

I've been trying to enter a game, but somehow the game either doesn't load that perfectly all I see is that when I load the game it turns pitched black and the instances just keep loading while the rest doesn't and I tried different games and it loads the same so i don't know |

you have to erase all of your roblox stuff in your folder everywhere and redownload it and it should start working after that |
