Allowing you to block certain players by: 1) Go to there profile 2) On there profile would be a button called "Block User" 3) After blocking user a button would stay there called "Unblock User"

I don't think this is necessary because your profile doesn't contain sensitive information. You can make restrictions on who can party you, send you chats, private message you and follow you.
