According to the terms of impeachment, it states as follows:
"In the US Federal Government, the House of Representatives impeaches government officials and the trial takes place before the Senate. The House votes on the articles of impeachment, requiring a simple majority to pass them. Upon passage of the articles, an individual has been impeached."

OUR exact words:
1.) The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall hold the sole power of Impeachment.
2.) The Senate shall have the sole power to try all impeachments.
3.) Judgement in cases of impeachment shall not expand further than to removal of office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States: but the party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to indictment, trial, judgement and punishment, according to law.
