No new site lay-out?

I hear everybody talking about new website layouts, but mine is still the same as before. With this old layout, the ROBLOX logo on the top left corner redirects me to Games instead of the roblox home page, probably because the new layout has a home button.

No, I have the layout with only the blue bar at the top (with ROBLOX logo, Home, Games, Catalog etc) and a smaller black bar below it (with Profile, Character, Friends etc).
