When you go to Account you can see a like a button named "Verify Email" Click it and It will email it to you then when you received the mail. Do the steps in the mail then when you go back to ROBLOX then go to account you will see now is a check then it says 'Verified" then you will have this hat http://www.roblox.com/Verified-Bonafide-Plaidafied-item?id=102611803 for free. Thats all wish I did help you

If you have a 13+ account delete the current email and type it again, then re-send it. That should work.

You might be logged into the wrong email address. Make sure you enter the correct email when it asks you for it in order to verify. It might have sent your message to an email that is similar to your, but you may have misspelled it or something.
