If you're still using the original code, converting the degrees to radians and setting the CameraType to Scriptable should work.

Oh, wait! I know this, it is a bug. You need to set the Roll to +/- 90.

Tried both + and - 90 with SetRoll, and I can finally see the base! However, it's tilted differently than what I want and at a random spot.

Omg I randomly figured it out lol. The issue was that the effect I wanted had nothing to do with CFrame.Angles, and had JUST to do with :SetRoll(), however the CFrame.Angles code was making the Camera look at a random spot lol.
