If you go on that little tab on the left. At the bottom it says "Develop". Click on it. Then where it says "Places", "Shirts", etc. It should say audio at the bottom. Click it then you can upload your own audio. But it cost 100R$...

Go to the Develop tab under Leaderboards and click "Audio".
