Oh wait, I know what you are talking about now. There is a sort of e-postcard template that you can fill out and send to your parents, or a friend, or anyone you think would buy you builders club. I don't see an admin accepting to pay for your builders club membership though, unless you are related to them.

Yeah you can send it to anyone, just copy it all out and send an email to them, any account can be upgrade by anyone, verified or not. |
