People are always falling for scams that results in a hijacked account. What I think ROBLOX should do is add a backup watchword. For example, if someone gets your account and logs in, if you log in with the secondary watchword it automatically logs them out. Therefore, when they're stealing all of your money, you can kick them out of the account by typing in a secondary watchword. Then, the person who had been hacked can change their watchword and restore their account. Also, people on ROBLOX should be more aware. If someone is offering something to you that involves an account swap, never do it.
My thesis is that everyone should be more aware of themselves.
I also suggest that ROBLOX monitor mass transactions into other accounts. For example, two players are in a game. Both have BC. One is poor, and the other one is rich. The poor one gets the account watchword and sends all the money to his account. Let's say he sent 5k. ROBLOX should monitor transactions that are above 5k+. Therefore, if they notice a report that money was stolen, they can check the transactions and see if it was true. Then, they can remove the poor ROBLOXian's money and return it to it's rightful owner.
In conclusion, the account security needs to be upgraded. |

I apologize about watchword. ROBLOX denied me using the actual word I wished to use. |

Ironically, the word was denied for security reasons. Anyways, this is a great idea! Support. |

You can kick people out of your account already by logging out. |
Yes you can. Logging out logs *everyone* who's logged in out. |
I do not recall that ever happening. That is not true, at least to my knowledge. |
Yes, but what if the man already changed your watchword and logged out? Ever think about that? Then, logging in with your secondary watchword would kick him out. And that did not work for my friend who had his account stolen. |
If he changes your watchword, why can't he change your secondary watchword? |

If you make the second watchword locked, they would never be able to change it. And just to make sure, they also cannot get it through an email. |

My code is an unicode. copypasta |

If you make it permanent, then both parties would always have access to the account. In fact, only the scammer would have access if the owner forgot his secondary watchword.
If this gets implemented, then scammers would ask for both watchwords. They're not that dumb. |

Because you do not log in with the secondary watchword, it is just the thing to get everyone out of your account if you are hijacked. Think of it like this: you log in normally, but if your account is hijacked, type in the secondary watchword and he is kicked out. |
But you cannot change a secondary watchword unless you are in the same IP which you made it from. |

"But you cannot change a secondary watchword unless you are in the same IP which you made it from."
well many people have dynamic ip's, change their ip's, or just move
so no

Well, if they move, then they can contact ROBLOX to terminate their watchword until they move. |

"Well, if they move, then they can contact ROBLOX to terminate their watchword until they move."
then you just made this more complicated than it needs to be

We can always update the plan as it goes on. |
besides, if some one changes your normal word pass, reset it through your ee mail, log out, and change it to something new.
standard procedure!

Then the secondary watchword kicks them out, you go in, and change it back.
gg |
but you can already kick them out by resetting your word pass+logging out what is the difference?

But if they log out and change the first watchword before you, then that's where the secondary watchword comes in. I thought we went over this twice. |
