Hey guys! So um, I need some help. Recently my computer has been washed and everything is gone. I got ROBLOX, but for some reason it crashes now. After about 20 minutes the computer would lag every minute, and eventually it would crash. The computer just turns off... My computer is a laptop, and it is pretty hot. If it is overheating, why would roblox or heat my computer? Please, I need an answer. And don't say something like: "I have that problem too!" ~Noob Thanks guys~

I used to have that problem. My problem was that my RAM was wrong so I put in a different one but that would'nt work. I eventually found the right RAM and ROBLOX and any other game works fine. So it might be your RAM?

So does that mean that I would just need to get another ram...?

Because I wouldn't want to pay... And it would be too complicated. How much do they cost? And where can I find them..?

Hi, RAM doesn't cost much depending where you buy it and how much RAM you want. I buy my ram at crucial(DOT)com RAM is not that hard to install it. Make sure you unplug the battery for safety. The RAM mostly locate under the laptop, middle part of the laptop. Just unscrew the lid and then place the ram depending how much RAM you get. Make sure you face it the right way and you will hear a click after place it. Thats pretty much how you install RAM, when you turn on your laptop it will take a little longer.

Your computer hardware is getting old. This is mandatory if you want to play Roblox or next-gen games. You need to check your computer specifications and see what you have. If you look up every individual piece on Google, you will see how old it is, brand, etc. I custom-built my computer for at least $1,000 USD ($1,000) , but if you just want to play minimum requirements, it's suggested that you buy a new Graphics Card or Processor, as both are highly expensive, but you may find a deal for around $200 for a i5 Processor. Graphics Cards are highly expensive (Middle ground is about $200) and require careful maintenance and installation. You will have to spend money if you want to play next-gen games or bigger Roblox games, there is no better way to do it.

Your PC is crashing because its really hot and in order for your computer not to damage any parts inside. Its shutdown itself to protect from getting broken. If your using a laptop. Make sure its on a flat surface it is on and maybe have a fan facing your laptop. Also try going to your local hardware store and buy a can of compressed air and blow dust out of your laptop for better air flow. If you are using a desktop. You can also apply these steps.

1 way is removing dust from inside your computer to improve air flow.

If it is an overheating problem, ways to prevent the next heating problem is to have your laptop in the correct place. Fun fact, laptops aren't good to have on your lap because it covers the fan and it makes it over heat. That being said, you don't want to play on anything like blankets or pants or beds. You will want to play on a hard surface like a table, or anything that can't be sucked up into the fan.

I am playing on a table, but for some reason it just does that... So we decided to plug in a fan to put under the laptop, it still crashes. The fan we connected works, it's just when we play Roblox, it shuts off. Say I'm on a website and Roblox is not open at all, then the fan does work.

Ask your Mom or Dad. If you have a Windows XP, then ya OS is pretty old. Not just that, I bet the CPU is old and everything else. Also, try playing in a room with air conditioning, and not in rooms where it is very hot.

An OS is something like Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, and Linux.
