I made a mistake on one and don't want to have to create another one since there are about thirteen different scripts with it this has been a problem for some of my friends too

No support. If a user took your decal, and used it, you would be able to change that decal out to be anything you wanted, within reason. You could, quite literally, give yourself free advertisements in other games which use your decals.

No, if you update it then the updated decal would have to be re-inserted into the game in order to have the difference, just like models
