Before i being, let me just i have not copied this from Team Fortress 2, If you dont know what it is, its a hat simulator. If you do know what it is, good. Basically what my suggestion is that you should be able to paint any of your hat in any colour what so ever. This suggestion is good because it can go really well with other outfits which dosen't match the hat colours. However if you own a hat that is expensive and paint to make it look like a more valuable item, the texture of the hat itself can be changed so that people dont get scammed when they are trading. Do let me know what you think, No support? throw in a reason. Again i have not copied this from TF2.

Support, if the hat has different colors on it the texture can be removed and replaced with just the mesh and the color.

Horrible idea. Whays the point of buying hats of different color? They couldnt implement this, its more complicated than you think.

@night How could this be more complicated? it works as the same way you would change colour of your body part.... Also you dont buy hats with different colours, you buy hats and then you can change colours.
