Now I will not deny - despite the fact that we are currently in development - that the Arenirian Sovereignty is an active group. We have raided and trained and everything in between, and for the most part it has been an enjoyable experience.
While I will not impose this group's importance over the importance of your own needs, I am regretfully observing a trend people - who are completely able - not attending the various events we hold. This in turn has resulted in a small, but noticeable decline in events being held... period.
Now that I have established what my concerns are, I am going to propose a way to rectify this minute issue, or at least I hope is minute.
If you are in the Arenirian Sovereignty, post below what times and days are most acceptable for you. If you are not too reserved about it, also post the reasons for you not being able to attend these events, preferably if you are online during the time they are held. From the information I gather here, I will compile an average, and will suggest to the Arenirian Command these median dates and time to hold their respective events.
To make my job easier I would appreciate if the people who ARE NOT in A-Sov refrained from commenting.

From this plan, we will be able to accomplish the following:
-Manageable dates and times that the average A-Sov group member could abide by for events such as trainings and raids.
-Dates and times that are easily anticipated, which ergo, makes for easier dates and times to prepare for.
-Never having the issue of too little A-Sov members to work with whenever these events are held.

I'm available any time you need me (most-ish of the time). However, I shall be returning to school in about three days time. During the school year, I should be available at the same time Inquirist is for the most part, albeit in central time.

I gave you the times... 6:00-11:00 EST/EDT
As for now I am free so as long as I get a good notice, (around 1 hour before the event) I can make it.
Most of our members are, from what I could tell, are in the EST/EDT or CST/CDT so with that information you should at least be able to gather a time span where people are asleep. Around 3-7 EST/EDT or 2-6 CST/CDT would probably be a "no-no" time. |
