Support, even though I can easily afford it, and wouldnt change my name, there are people who had an old name they dont like and began playing again and want to change it but cant afford it.

I honestly think the one free name change would be great, because your name won't fit who you are anymore and it makes no sense to pay $10 just to adjust. At least lowering the price to 500 ROBUX or less would make me satisfied.

@TheAcros, 1) Everyone puts at least some thought into their first username, even newcomers. For my first account, I spent a few days contemplating what name I wanted. I do the same now on every website I visit. If a user cannot be bothered to stop and think for five minutes, it's not ROBLOX's fault and they shouldn't extend a free lifeline for them to screw up again with. 2) Great, so users can yoyo between their changed usernames. ROBLOX have already said that this won't be "a thing" because they don't want to make it confusing, whereby a user switches their name every other day. 3) And if the changed username is unlocked, it defeats the purpose of an undo. It would also lead to impersonation.

@Datastore, what about the ones that did think about there usernames but just were too young to realize what they did. There can be a huge maturity rise in a few years.

@Cool, Then they can either wait to attain 1kR$, buy the Robux, or create a completely new account. ROBLOX is offering their namechange service like any other website or gaming platform (which offers such a service themselves). You do not see any of them offering one free name change, as it's just a bad idea overall as you'd then have people going "but, we should get two so if we don't like it we can switch back", etc.

Support "You shouldn't have chosen that name in the first place" If you made your account when you were very young, you likely chose a very stupid name that you thought AT THE TIME was a very good one. Years later, you realize how stupid/embarrassing it is, and you want to change it. You shouldn't have to pay real life money for being a stupid little kid. "Make a new account" And lose everything that you've worked for on your current account? All the player points? All your friends? All your clothes? Your place? Your badges? Just because of a stupid/embarrassing username? No sir. This is my second account on Roblox. I made this second account because I was embarrassed about my other username, which I made as a stupid little emo fangirl. I LOVE my username now and I wouldn't change it for the world, but I lost EVERYTHING that I worked for on my other account. I'm almost to the point where I've got most of it back, but I worked forever to get what I achieved on my previous account, and I'm still a little angry that this was what I had to do to correct my little mistake.

@Data So your telling me if you ever wanted to change your name and you would just create a new account? You would have to reattain BC if you had it and it would be extremely hard to get back each and every one of your items. I just think this would be cool and it would be like regularly changed your gamer tag except this is for free once. Not some special "oh lets go back". No, this is strictly changing your name for free once and like there is no difference whatsoever than changing it regularly but your just not paying. I understand what you are saying but I do not agree with you.
