If a season 7 owner gets to have a team for Season 8 aswell, they should be allowed to keep like 2-3 players on their team and everyone else could go into the draft. |

Unfair. That makes it unfair everybody else.
This is what I am considering though:
A draft for rookies and those who have limited playing time. A free agency system to make it easier for owners who don't know who to get in draft, or if an owner doesn't show up. |

Yes.
The group as is already has about 5-10 rookies in it.
There are also plenty of people in the RMLS who played 3 games or less this season.
This would actually qualify somebody like Vikingsfan to be in the draft. |

It's similar to the system in RFL and EBL which works really well. |
