every time i try to play the game it say This Game Has Shutdown what should i do to fix it???(after loading the character)

i can't message him or friend request him can you please tell me if im banned from he's game??? cause i wasted Robux on gamepass and now i have 27Robux only and i love Project:Pokemon i've been playing the game like 2-3Weeks :/

its misunderstood a guy who has almost the same name with me (Billlskbs) hacked WishNite game and WishNite misunderstood and putted my name :/ please help me do something
