no, trojan viruses (RAT) are evil if they know what their doing. THey can crypt the stub, add more features, and bypass safe-mode, once you got a RAT on you, pray to jesus (s)he won't delete your C:/System32 or send you a BsoD (Sub7) |

And Symantec (Norton) is good, stops intrusion from trojans. Which even the controller cannot view anything or load anything, sneak into your files n shtuff. |

People are a good comodity so thats why people do this post above. Also if you can get me a copy of the binary I could check it and see what it does. It's most likely a copy of dark comet or poison ivy. If you really went through the time and effort of the survey then I guess you somewhat deserve it but lets get on with this. Most likely those surveys are fake anyways and are used to harvest information. If you actually got a binary from the site and ran it then there is an issue. Most people can bypass AV for practically free. If you still have a copy of it, then send me a message and we can discuss you sending it to me so I can analyze it. (I got a lab for it) |

Don't need to buy AV. Avira is free and rocks. It's a pain for me to bypass on my own. Throw on high heuristics and you're golden. |

It's more than likely going to be a phishing site (a site in which it asks for your info, then steals it, usually no damage done to the PC, unless you give them your IP), but some people are starting to add types of malware like keystroke loggers, which is a software that can record all the mouse clicks and keystrokes you make. If this is the case and your ignorant mind made you go to the site and there happened to be malware in it, and for some reason have no Anti-Malware (Anti-Malware is one thing you should get before doing anything else on a brand new computer, well, first the new browser, then the Anti-Malware), then I recommend you download Malwarebytes or Avast and run a scan.

They do this either because they want your robux and tix, or they want control over your computer. I just try and delete them but I get 20 more in the process...
