Where do I find pegs on studio mode now?

I'm trying to create a car but I cannot find any pegs to connect the wheels with, help!

If you are talking about Hinges, you can add them onto a part using the Properties tab or click on an image what looks like a top face of a cube with a yellow cylinder sticking out.
