IP restriction? Make it so you can only donate to someone on a different IP; abolishing the use of alt's because even if you change your IP, both of your accounts have the same IP. Only way it'd be abusable then would be with multiple computers.

I like it, and they could do the same thing anyway if they were BC. I'm pretty sure most people don't make more than 2 alts.
