2. They never said they are making them...They were at a conferance in Texas and were saying that we really need them.

Yes, roblox does need pre-paid cards in my opinion, because I don't wanna have to use paypal if I ever buy robux.
Pre-paid cards for builders club, I don't see the use of, but I also don't see why not.
