Aldis, after giving off the warning, dives down back to Adrios. "All of our men, by now, should know of this being." he tells Adrios, staring into his eyes. |

The War God was one who was quick to act, turning away from the being, he began to move his men back.
"Defensive Lines! Fall back into the Omega formations!"
Spinning around again, he stared at the being as the Legion moved backwards, forming into a heavily protective and guarded formation. Until he knew exactly what was about to happen, his men would be in the most defense oriented position he could muster. |

The demons contuined to assault the ancient.

The ancient stared at the puny demons assaulting him, viewing them as pathetic.
"Be...GONE!" He said, lifting his arms and tilting his head back.
As he did the light that was his face brightened, a loud sound filling the cavernous area as the water covering the ground solidified and arose in spikes suddenly, perforating the demons surrounding him instantly.
The ancient continued to rise from the ground, coming to his full height.
"The time has come...to awake my brothers..." It grumbled, looking at those surrounding him.

"We need to stop it, NOW." Adrios shouted to Aldis, advancing towards it.

Aldis moves forward, charging up a light blast as he runs for the Ancient, and blasting it as he gets close enough. |

"Get back!" Adrios warned, diving forward and taking flight as the Ancient turned, his face blasting a beam directly at Aldis, though Adrios managed to divert it be striking the side of the Ancients head.
"RETREAT YOUR FORCES!! RET-" Adrios was cut off as the Ancient turned, it's fist flying through the air and meeting him mid-air, his form being seen momentarily as it sailed away and slammed into a wall, the force behind the blow and his landing causing the wall to crumble atop him as he fell.

Aldis attempts to blast the rocks away, until the Ancient's fist slams into him, knocking him backwards.
Forces begin to flee, screaming in terror, before Aldis even has the chance to order a retreat. It is chaos, Gods do not care of their masters, only about survival.
Aldis shouts to the only gods who are brave enough not to retreat. "RETREAT! LWE WILL DEAL WITH THIS! IT IS FAR TOO POWERFUL!" |

The ancient was unbothered by the puny attacks, turning its head to the ceiling, the light became even brighter as it focused it's energy before a loud horn like sound emitted, an energy pulse radiating outwards rapidly across myth.
The ancients were awakening...
The ancient then focused on the ceiling as it began to pound at the rock, bashing it's way through slowly, the ceiling dropping rocks on the retreating forces as his blows resounded through all of night.
