Try shutting down the computer and restarting it. If that doesn't work then re-install roblox.

I use chrome, and i'm not switching- that's the best. Plus, he entered the right information. We'll try re-installing. If that doesn't work, I don't know what to do.

Some people can be a real fool sometimes but was the caps lock on? Has he changed his details recently? How long has he been playing Roblox? If he is new, he could of forgotten his details. So if you tried restarting your computer and using a different browser ... Maybe you could try resetting your router, that may not do anything but it is worth a try.

Try going to the roblox homepage then under the login there should say forgot your pw0rd and then there should be another log in in the reset pw0rd screen m8

Re-installing ROBLOX will do nothing. When you install ROBLOX, you're installing the game so you can actually play it. So when you're uninstalling ROBLOX you're uninstalling the option to play games. The website has nothing to do with the installation of ROBLOX, you can still roam the website. Hello shanka888, What does it say after your brother attempts to log into his account? 1. If it says it is the wrong information, try changing the p@ssw0rd to his account though your parents email address or the one he connected to his account. 2. If it says nothing, try using a different internet browser. If it is still doing the same thing, restart your computer. 3. Try creating a different user account on his/your computer. Then try logging in on that one, if it still does the same then I don't know. 4. Try making a new a ROBLOX account! You can always start over on ROBLOX on a fresh account. Hoo, okay, for one: He has TBC and all the ROBUX he purchased with it! Two: Dang, why didn't we set up an E-Mail... Three: It won't work on my computer. Four: I know his stuff, we used to share his account until he took it. Five: What browser is better than Google Chrome? Six: Oh boy. Nobody would've hacked in an email in the first place. Whoever they were they would clearly hack their own account.

Does it let him on the site to log in? If so it can be someone Changed his Key, I know there was a time where I could not go on roblox since my browser was outdated. It can mabye be he forgot his Key?

Does he have a email on the account? 3. Did he buy anything on the account with a roblox card/Credit card if so you can contact roblox and they can beable to track down the account actions and see from there if they can reset your key. 4.If none of these work I have nothing else to say, But contact roblox on phone and see if they can help you, Or by email.

Use firefox or IE. I'm not saying you have to switch, just saying to see if you can still login. It could be registry errors. p.s. in my opinion firefox is better than chrome in many ways >~>
